Customer Support Engineer

Position: Customer Support Engineer Employment: Full-time Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States N2W Software, a market leader in cloud data protection, helps our customers adopt public cloud infrastructure while maintaining the highest levels of data availability. Our next generation Cloud Protection Manager data protection platform is used by hundreds of companies in over 30 countries, including large enterprises, leading system integrators, and government agencies, to protect their most valuable data in the public cloud. Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for a complex data protection software product
  • Working with end-customers who are IT/DevOps people in companies and organizations (B2B product)
  • Working with development and sales people

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support
  • Innovative with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Team player, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English
  • Deep IT knowledge – Advantage
  • Deep Experience in data protection – backup and DR solutions, especially in virtualized or cloud environments – Big Advantage
  • Deep Experience in Amazon Cloud Services – Advantage
