Head of Sales

The Role

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Head of Sales to join the executive leadership team at N2WS. Reporting to the CRO, you will drive our next stage of growth by scaling outbound sales, accelerating partner-driven revenue, and building a world-class sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable outbound sales strategy and qualification process to unlock new logos and market segments.
  • Build and lead the sales team with a performance-driven culture of accountability, clarity, and results.
  • Expand and mature our channel and partner ecosystem, creating leverage through strategic alliances, MSPs, and resellers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to align GTM efforts and drive adoption.
  • Forecast revenue and pipeline with precision, using data to drive strategic decisions and resource allocation.
  • Represent N2WS with executive presence in customer, partner, and industry-facing settings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS experience, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building outbound sales functions from the ground up and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience developing and scaling partner-led sales motions.
  • Strong executive communication skills, able to influence internal stakeholders and C-level buyers.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and a passion for high-impact, secure, cost-efficient tech.
