To get started, click on any of the free trial buttons throughout our website or any of the “Get 30-Days Free” buttons above. These will redirect you to our free trial signup form. And, after you’ve submitted the form, we’ll email you with everything you need to know!
Because we use monthly pricing, which is not currently supported by the AWS Marketplace free trial, we can’t use their built-in trial options. However, all of our plans do come with the option of a 30-day free trial. Click any of the free trial links on our site to get started!
Like any backup solution, you have two things to consider:
- the software/management component
- the storage component
Luckily, EBS snapshots are incremental, so you only pay for the data changes in each snapshot (after the first full snapshot).
You can estimate the cost of storing the snapshots and then add to that the cost of our service. Here’s some info on AWS EBS pricing. And, if you need help with this, contact us!
In terms of cost, you need to take one thing into consideration: Besides the storage costs to store your snapshots in another region, you’ll also pay for the data transferred. (And you will pay for the storage of the copied snapshot as well as the original one.)
Our DR solution gives you the flexibility to copy snapshots at a lower frequency than a local backup. So you just need to balance business requirements against costs. And we’re happy to have a one-on-one conversation with you to discuss what’s best for your team.
N2WS is sold on the AWS Marketplace. You are not required to perform any registration or give any payment details on our website. Click one of the “Buy Now” buttons above to go directly to the AWS Marketplace for your chosen edition. From there, it’s a one-click process to subscribe to a paid plan.
Nope! N2WS Backup & Recovery is sold as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) on the AWS Marketplace. After purchasing a plan, you simply launch N2WS on an EC2 instance. You pay a monthly fee for the use of the service (not including AWS usage). And you can decide to cancel any time —you’ll only be billed for the time you use.
You can cancel your plan at any time! If you cancel mid-month, you’ll automatically be refunded a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. You can view your subscriptions and cancel in the AWS Marketplace on the “Your Software” page.
We’re here for you! For more product-specific FAQs as well as full documentation, head over to our Support page. If, you’ve still got questions related to concerns about your specific use-case, please get in touch.
