By selecting the question mark icon and then choosing the about box, you can quickly identify the version you are running. Navigate to the support section by clicking on the question mark icon and selecting support. From there, access the knowledge base and then proceed to the release documentation. Use the search bar to enter “4.2.X” and locate the release notes for the latest 4.2.X CPM release. Within the release notes, you will find the patch file needed for the upgrade. Uploading and Installing the Patch:
