You’re a cloud-savvy engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a gift for explaining technical concepts in a clear, compelling way. Maybe you’re currently in support, DevOps, or solutions architecture—and now you’re ready to apply that expertise in a more customer-facing, strategic role.

What will you be doing?

As a key part of our go-to-market team, you’ll be the technical voice of N2W—helping prospects and customers understand, trust, and succeed with our solutions.

• Deliver engaging demos and presentations that highlight N2W’s capabilities and unique value
• Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to POC to close
• Translate business needs into tailored backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Respond to technical sections of RFPs, proposals, and compliance questionnaires
• Support channel partners and AWS co-sell motions with product expertise
• Stay sharp on cloud trends, competitors, and customer pain points
• Travel occasionally to represent N2W at industry events, summits, and AWS conferences
• Collaborate closely with Product, CS, and Marketing teams to provide feedback and improve GTM efforts

What you’ll bring to the team:

• A strong foundation in AWS and/or Azure infrastructure (certifications are a plus, but not required)
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments, cloud networking, IAM, and storage
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply and confidently, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with backup, DR, or security tools (native or 3rd party) is a plus
• A consultative approach to problem-solving and solution design
• A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow
• A team-first mindset with a balance of professionalism and personality
